Rose Parade Float

Solo carved the head and designed the neck covering for the City of Burbank’s Rose Parade Float, called Dream Flight.

Decoration Chairperson for the float. Responsible for all color and floral choices, budgeting, and overseeing the volunteer decoration work.

This float won the TOURNAMENT VOLUNTEER trophy, which is defined as the “most outstanding floral presentation of the Rose Parade Theme among floats 35 feet and under in length. (The float was exactly 35′ long!)
